Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. usually cow milk is avoided before completion of one year of age because before that it can cause cow milk allergy which might lead to either constispation or loose motion or colic pain.
but if you have given cow milk earlier and it did not cause any digestizon problem then you can continue to give it to the child
otherwise stick to the milk which was given since birth.
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom
Cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year.
It is high in protein so difficult for the baby to digest it.
if mother feed is not enough then continue to give formula milk to ur baby.
take care
