A. Hi mom, Most kids do that. They are more busy in playing and other activities hence they miss the food. You can start with shakes and fruits that give instant energy. Once the kid adopts to that then start with soups and dosage or idli or food of his choice. When he develops a habit of eating food daily then introduce parathes, chapati etc
