NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello being positive for covid you can breast-feed your child and infact feeding the baby more frequently is advisable and it gives immunity for the baby bit wear a mask and feed the baby which should be better and also safe and maintain a proper hygiene
