Start with balanced diet and workout
Have small and frequent meals
Restrict completely bakery products, fried food, namkeen, sweets, sugar and sugary drinks , processed foods
Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet
Have green tea twice a day with ginger
Have ajwain water at bed time
Water 2l per day
Workout for 45 mins daily

first things is stay calm.. follow healthy diet Regime include protein rich diet like paneer and Tofu different boiled and mashed vegetables different sprouts lentils drink lot of water
do exercises like brisk walking Surya Namaskar jogging Pranayam ..
p drinking on aur 2 cups of green tea or herbal tea everyday will also help reduce your Carbohydrate and fat intake also cut down sugar
