ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, the ideal weight of a 2 years 7 months old baby boy should be in the range of 10.7 kg to 17.1 kg. For healthy weight gain, give a balanced diet having variety of food groups.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom weight of baby at this age should be around 13 or 14 kg approximately and height of baby at this age should be around 3 ft approximately moreover evwry child is different so do not worry if there is little bit of difference
