occasional red spots on stool are not a matter to worry but of association with fever or tummy fullness or vomitings or refusal to feed or loose motions then visit your pediatrician promptly

Maintain hydration
Do Tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Stay hydrated
Offer different varieties of food after six months
Make meal time fun with toys and story
