no any side effect of medicine, The sudden appearance of rashes is quite common post fever. It is often due to a viral infection. . It will usually go in a few days itself. There is no specific treatment for the rash. Apply Lacto callamine.v
Treatment should be aimed at the other symptoms.It is the other symptoms that may be of more concern. If other symptoms are mild then there is usually little to worry about
