#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko my daughter was late preterm 36 weeks 4 days. her birth weight was 2.215. now she is 5 month and her weight is 5.295..is that ok?

A. Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side it should double the birth weight by 5 months of age

A. Hello dear parent, yes your baby's weight is absolutely normal. A baby should be double her birth weight by age 6 months . So you can well calculate. Also niw baby is 6 months old Uou a begin with semi solid diet. Good luck and take care
