ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. s if you are changing the dapers ity every 4th hourly you can use them maintain hygiene and keep a track on urine output keep the area try to avoid diaper rashes

Maintain hygiene
Change diaper frequently every 4-5 hours of intervals wash area often with lukewarm water keep diaper free time in daytime apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily diaper rash cream regularly everytime you change diaper
Maintain hygiene
Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
