NidhiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. My son also developed very dry skin on legs.. my doc advised for Sebamed extra soft cream. It helps a lot, if it not any skin infection than you can go for it.

Wash area often with lukewarm water 
Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free 
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily 
Apply lotion cream twice daily 
Maintain hydration
