ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom 5 month old baby can be given liquids for now on .. in which you can try out liquids such as dal or rice water , vegetable soup or fresh fruit juice.
Introduce one at a time let the baby get used to it. You can then gradually alternate it with your feed.
