40 days completed. what kind of diet should we prefer to baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, for 40 days old baby, you should exclusively breastfeed. Exclusive breastfeeding should be continued till the completion of 6 months. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

you should offer breastfeeding only
as a nursing mother ,you should take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
avoid taking extreme spicy and sugary food.
