my baby boy was one and half months old , yesterday he taken a 45days vaccine doses , after 24hrs fever will gone but still fever and sweating... what I can do for my baby..?

Fever  is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatmgtent also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
