#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko hi sir/mam... my son is 5 month old nd he is on formula milk now,till 4.5 month he was on breast milk but now he is not interested in taking either bm or FM....even after 3hours of gap ,he doesn't feel hungry....plz advice what should I do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child
and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will lleave the milk.
if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping .
there is no need to to go for hourly feeding pattern.
also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits
