hello doctor,

my child is 2 years 7 months old. He is our only child and we are a nuclear family too. One major problem we are dealing currently with is he pinches alot. Anytime, anywhere he pinches us hard be it out of excitement or anger . We really don't know what to do to help him get rid of this habit. Also he has become really stubborn these days and throws tantrums over minor things. pls advise

Diaper rash prevention is very important where certain things should be kept in mind specially in winter season. 
Changing your baby's diaper immediately  after it gets soiled is the key to prevention of diaper rash
Air dry when possible
 •  A good company diaper like pampers/ babyhug/ mamy poko should be used and diaper free interval in between is very important.
Use irritant free products
Use a gvdood diaper rash cream before and after using diaper like easinappy cream .
Also apply coconut oil to make the skin moist.
