#AskTheExpert#MamyPoko Good morning doctor.. my child is 2 years old girl..she doesn't show interest to eat.Now she's weight is 11.5 kg..kindly suggest any tips to her weight gain.

A. Diet :- it is advisable to continue our efforts in feeding the child will stop many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child but at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite

A. Hello dear parent! As per the ideal weight gain your child is doing well. As long as your child is active and healthy then nothing to worry. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Good luck and take care.
