If not improvement and accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or breathlessness or dullness, poor intake consult your paediatrician asap.

it is antibiotic Medicine course
so you have to complete the course of medicine as per your doctor's prescription
till that please wait.
keep your child well hydrated
give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child.
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
you can give indirect steam too
