#AskTheExpert mam my baby is 11 months old. I have reduced my weight and my bmi is normal so when can I plan my second baby as I wanted to restart my career, I want to plan 2nd pregnancy. Can you please suggest me

even your child needs breastmilk till completion of two years

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, if you had a Caesarian then it is good to wait for three years to plan for the next baby. If it is a normal delivery then you can wait for a gap of two years. It is always good to give minimum of two years gap to avoid any complications.
