#asktheexpert mam my baby has disturbed sleep and my self I'm getting severe bone pain and body pains

A. hello make sure the baby is tummy full n this way the child will be able to have a good sleep and usually sleep cycle varies n baby can even wake up for feed also n u can also expresw n store milk n give using q bpa free bottle like babyhug or ask someone feed sp u can relax in between
