#AskTheExpert mam meri baby 5 months ki hain.. meri c section delivery hue hain.. Pr mujhe bohut thakan magesus hota hain.. or main gas k problem se v bhugat rhi Ho.. potty v thik see nhi horha gain.. main daily Iron ki goli leti hu..mujhe headache hota hain..kya key?

A. Hi mom Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Stay hydrated to increase your milk supply Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration
