Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if you are concerned about the immunity of your child you should give good nutrition food all types of green vegetables fruits and also dairy products most important thing is maintain a good hygiene. if the child is having cold and cough for now you can give steam inhalation to the child and then consult your doctor so that he can examine the child properly and then only the medicine shd b given
