When you have a low lying placenta, there is a tendency to get bleeding episodes and you have to try to avoid them. So no strenuous activity, no intercourse and no bending

low lying placenta is the one where the placenta will be lying in the opening of the cervix so during the delivery their might be chances that when the child is descending down might press over the placenta but as it is just 6 months there is still more time so that light movement of the placenta to the upper side will happen usually. 
but be careful regarding your movements and the activities as low lying placenta sometimes might lead to bleeding, please do consult with your gynecologist properly regarding the things which you should do and things which is which you should avoid and the care which is supposed to be taken
