A. To increase breastmilk supply, include protein rich foods like eggs, chicken, broccoli, beans, fenugreek seeds, cumin, carom seeds, oats with nuts, legumes, ghee, dry fruits, dalia, banana, brown rice, avocado, fennel seeds, garlic and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
