A. Dear mum, to reduce your tummy, you need to reduce your overall weight. Eat mindfully and avoid processed and packaged foods. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga and have an active lifestyle.
