#AskTheExpert mam aftr 6 mnths which food we can strt???

A. Dear Mom, start with tender coconut water, fresh fruit juices without sugar, soups without salt and also dal water, rice conjee water etc should be started then slowly carrot puree, apple puree, banana puree can be started by month end.

A. Hi parent you can give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
