RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 months agoA. It should be 3 1/2 kg to 4 kg more than the birth weight of the child as the basic fund behind calculating weight is 500 g gain in a month so according to that if you look at it this is how it is supposed to be by the time of seven months
