#asktheexpert mai apne baby ko sab khilati after 3 hours. par uska weight nahi badh raha hai or quantity bahut kam khati hai jada khilaye to ulti kar deti hai kya karu k abhi 2.5 year ki hai weight 9.5 hai

A. Dear Mum, you should consult doctor for nutritional deficiencies like iron and zinc which can affect appetite and food intake deworming twice a year For healthy weight gain, give small frequent meals. add ghee to every meal good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet
