#AskTheExpert madam my baby girl is 14 months old she's Preterm birth weight is2.25kg now she is 7.6kg how can i increase her weight???

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom babies normally triple their birth weight by the age of one year and then on they gain about 2 to 4 kgs yearly . As he was a preterm baby they tend to gain weight on a little slow pace and that is normal to expect . You can now introduce him to cows milk and products, dry fruits and nuts, lentils and legumes , whole eggs , etc
