#asktheexpert Madam my baby boy now become 4 months old. He very frequently ask for breast milk. I have doubt whether he can't get complete nutrition from breast milk. i have question,shall we try to feed him pureè? Like banana puree or apple puree.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. that is best for at least 20-25 minutes that baby receives a fish and hindmilk which is thick and rich in fats will make baby feel full for longer duration and feed at regular intervals of 2 to 3 hours
