#AskTheExpert madam 6 saal pehle mera cesarean hua tha but abhi mere stitches me pain hota hai.aksar lower abdomen me bhi pain rehta hai..muje kya karna chahiye jis se m apni es problem ko thik kar saku

Its not related to section after 6 years
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
Avoid constipation
Eat high fiber foods like fruits and vegetables
