A. If the fallopian tubes are non-functional, or have been removed for some reason, and if you’re planning for pregnancy, then Ivf is the only way. Please consult a fertility specialist at the earliest

A. For that purpose you have to check with your doctor would completely depend on the other tube how supportive it is when you decide to conceive for your child as this I really cannot give you a confirmation on this but your gynaecologist can after a physical assessment she will tell you how bright chances are of unnatural conception
