#AskTheExpert laky is very week as per body. but active in playing and other activity. please suggest something healthy and increase his weight

A. hi mom for appropriate growth give good proteins and calories milkshakes lassi sheera paneer parathas egg or chicken or paneer rice add nuts powder in milk made up of cashew almonds and dry dates paneer besan chilla mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee idli vada sambhar
