Is the temperature of the water is good in terms of being warm too hot then it is not a problem and you should immediately make your child cover with clothes and all and you can always use a room heater when you’re giving a massage to the child and also giving a bath to the child and changing the clothes and it’s not a problem just have to take all the precautions
