A. Weight and height gain karne ka sabse best way hai fresh, home cooked nutritious foods dein child ko. Foods like rice, potato, sweet potato, green leafy vegetables, pumpkin, banana, avocado, eggs, chicken, paneer, fish, cereals, legumes, milkshake with dry fruits, ghee and milk bahut healthy hote hain. Kid ko physical activities mein engage karein like running, jumping, hanging, climbing, cycling all all types of outdoor games. Hydrated rakhein fluids se like water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water.
