#asktheexpert kindly request to advise on how to put in weight for my 7 year old daughter weighing only 18 kgs. she takes all the nutrients and have a good diet. thanks

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, some children have the tendency to eat properly and still do not gain weight. You can still give her supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Also consult with your paediatric for deworming course for uour child.
Give her ample water to drink to flush out toxins.
