A. If the engorgement has been removed then yes you can continue breastfeeding to your baby there is no harm in that if in case you have got operated to remove the lump then you need to consult with your doctor when to start again your breastfeeding

A. Using a warm compress or taking a hot shower before feedings to soften your breasts and encourage milk flow. Massaging your breasts while nursing or pumping. Hand expressing or pumping a small amount of milk between feedings to relieve pressure.
