#AskTheExpert it’s been 5 months since my delivery .. I was down for 25 days after my delivery then again next month it occurred but now from last 3 months I haven’t got my periods . Kindly suggest .

just take care about your diet and health.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly.
eat protein rich diet.
use effective contraceptive methods for child spacing.
irregular periods can remain for one year

usually while you breastfeed your child your parents will be very irregular but if you have not got your periods since 3 months then it's better to do a pregnancy check and also you can consult with your gynecologist for the possible causes
