#AskTheExpert it's been 4 months and still I'm not feeling fit as before delivery i gave birth by c-section my back pain is continuously persisting sometimes my ankle is paining sometimes knees or shoulders what to do mam is ot ok to feel this pain and when i will feel starting normal i mean pain free

A. please try to est a high energy diet and tsje iron n calcium.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .
