#asktheexpert it is said that if mother eats anything the baby will get gas i am a mother to newborn.y baby gets lots of gas can u please tell is it relates to my eating

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, that's true, mothers diet, baby's immature digestive system, poor latch, .. etc are many cause for gases in babies.. mother should avoid eating spicy, processed, gases producing food.. tc.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening yes definitely is dependent and related to the mothers food to certain extent but otherwise also gastric trouble is common with small children if the mother is careful about her diet and uses home remedies for the child then gas can be avoided
