Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi well , babies get their full set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years . so as such no need to worry. but as such delay can be result of calcium deficiency , I would suggest to give calcium rich food more and visit your pediatrician for once.
