It’s only 5 months to your delivery it will take some time to loose weight don’t be impatient
Follow a healthy lifestyle pattern
Have small and frequent meals
Get yourself checked by doc once and start with workout as diet and workout Both are important
Start with small walks
Reduced or completely restrict the intake of white sugar and product made from that, bread, biscuits, fried and namkeen and processed food
Include cinnamon green tea in routine
Have more whole food like fruits and vegetables, oats, daliya, daals and beans and paneer, curd, quinoa, jowar bajra ragi
Water 2 l per day
6 to 7 hrs sleep is also important

It's a very common problem specially when you have gained a lot of weight during pregnancy and after delivery also it dosen't get normal and to loose weight you need to eat more proteins and avoid eating carbs,drink lots of water and take proper sleep and rest.
