ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. yes start. see a lot of brands will try to impress you. but you have to see your needs n pocket both as that will only be possible as sensible option in long run. that's beneficial too ok. see postpartum weight loss should be gradual and systematic. avoid crash diet n involve some sort of exercise after six weeks only. go slow with walk n yoga to execute healthy weight loss. try to avoid heavy weight lifting initially
