#asktheexpert Is milk compulsary for toddlers? my 1.5 years old baby doesn't like it.

as it is good source of calcium ,it is better to give it.
but as your child doesn't like it ,here I suggest some tips ,hope it help in this:
try to offer it with different flavores like kesar milk,fig milkshake, milk with honey etc
buy a special cup or glass for it ,it may help to encourage your child to drink milk from it.
although if your child doesn't like it then please don't force
offer other food items like ragi,nuts, dairy products etc more which are good source of calcium .
provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene.
