Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, Maggie is of course n ko yvery good fir any one as it is only maida. You can give once in 15 days. Add veggies also to make it healthy. You can also give vermicelli as well. It looks like Maggie only and is a healthy option
