Yes you can use
Change diaper frequently every 4-5 hours of intervals wash area often with lukewarm water keep diaper free time in daytime apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily diaper rash cream regularly everytime you change diapers
Maintain hygiene
Give adequate feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
