Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello !! If baby is having motions or pooping after every meal then it might be teething stage .
If Baby is cranky,have mild fever, swollen or red gums,loose motions then it is teething stage..it's ok otherwise if baby pooping (normal consistency)more than 5-6 times a day then need to consult Paeditrician.
Give adequate water and fluids for hydration.
