Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. You should continue to breastfeed unless your docyor has adviced not to for some reason. In general food poisoning will not be transferred directly through breastfeeding. Also your child could get exposed to tge virus if in case any that has caused the food poisoning and will develop immunity to it.
