Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Mild stomach pain is common in first trimester but if you feel frequent abdominal pain or severe unbearable pain even for few minutes or any discharge then dont delay immediately consult your gynaecologist.
Have more water,fluids,fruits and vegetables ,cereals,fibre foods for good metabolism and balanced diet avoid spices ,heavy works which pressure abdomen bending ,weight lifting ,too much using stairs...
