Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom,Yes it is necessary to burp up your baby after every feeding to avoid vomit/hiccups. An important part of feeding a baby is burping,. Burping also helps to get rid of some air that babies tend to swallow during feeding.
