POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 23 months old baby boy should be between 12 to 12.8 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. Your baby's weight is fine and not too high. Keep feeding, fresh, home cooked meals and restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Give lots of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
